I've been to the Flagstaff Museum in Hong Kong - they have an excellent Chinese ceramics collection. Nice list you've got there. Need to mark the others down as places to visit.
You should add the Munnar Tea Museum in Kerala, India to your list of Tea Museums. It was built in 2004 by the Tata Company, who owns a tea plantation there. Besides tea spices ware also grown there.
I have just researched this for the upcoming issue of Tea Break Magazine.
