
Green tea in space? Sounds good to me. As the Telegraph recently reported, a selection of Japanese favorites, including seaweed soup, mackerel in miso, rice balls, curry and green tea, were recently sent to the International Space Station in anticipation of Japanese visitors. No specifics on what type of green tea. Here's the article.
Also from the ISS, news that astronauts celebrated Thanksgiving with iced tea, among other things, consumed from a cup, despite the zero gravity conditions. More here.
