What's the caffeine content?

I've actually tried this; some varieties are tender but many of them are more tough.

If you have steeped the leaves to exhaustion, they probably do not have much caffeine left. However, if you steep them only once, briefly, and it's whole-leaf tea, they probably still have a lot of caffeine in them.

I generally don't eat tea but some fresh herbs that I brew to make herbal teas, I sometimes eat, such as shiso.
